Disinfectant/Sanitizer: We will be using a health department approved disinfectant on our carts and range balls. We will leave bottles outside the door as well for members to utilize.
Flagsticks/Cup: We have a ball removal device and will continue to modify to make it more efficient.
Booking Tee Times: Members will be allowed to book 14 days out for tee times. Non-Members will be allowed a 5 day booking window through our website, Golfnow and telephone.
Golf Carts: 1 per cart unless from the same household/arrived together.
No-Show/Cancellation Fees: 24 hour cancelation policy, even for members. There will be no refunds but we will work towards a restricted voucher inside of 24 hours if your tee time is paid already. We will track no-shows and intend to implement a policy pertaining to wasting times from a member perspective. With 12 minute gaps, we want to give every golfer a chance to play to start the season.
Walk-Ups : Not allowed per the guidelines
Driving Range: Open
Food & Beverage: We will have call in ordering to the F&B. We will post signage on #8 and #17 Tee boxes reminding you to order for pick up (at arrival/turn/completion). No outside alcohol will be tolerated.
Restroom: We will clean regularly and disinfect, and potentially leave the door locked to the building. On-Course restrooms will be closed.
Merchandise: Retail opens May 19th following the social distancing and capacity requirements.
